The nervous system that you have when you are born is not the same nervous system that you have as an adult.
Our nervous systems are wired for the absorption and cultivation of programming. Our brains are changing, rewiring, and reinforcing current wiring every single day and night.
And we do this through our relationships, how we're treated and attended to by others. What we hear and what we see around us. The thoughts we think. The feelings we feel within our bodies, but also the ones we avoid. The experiences we have. What we think about those experiences, and what we feel about ourselves while we're in them, and what we believe about ourselves after the fact.
You create in life what your nervous system has the capacity for.
The relationships. The career. The wealth. The pleasure. The "O"s. The success. The joy. All of it.
And yes, life throws curve balls, like paint spilling on your canvas mid project, but it's up to you what you're going to do with those additional colors. If you have a limited imagination (nervous system), you'll feel limited on how to move and alter the spilled paints.
You may know you don't like the murky browns in your painting (the over-giving, the people pleasing, the Good Girl tendencies, the self-sacrificing), but you're not sure how to change it.
Self-actualization coaching with me is giving yourself an intentional & controlled environment of remapping your nervous system by experiencing new aspects of yourself from a position of internal power resourcing.
With someone who has the ability to map and follow your nervous system. To get to the root of what your apparatus is, and for you to find a new perspective/truth for how you actually want to experience those situations.
To find the elements that are limiting your expansion. And integrate them to no longer be roadblocks.
To also finding the ingredients that your nervous system is lacking to not be able to expand. And infusing them in so that your system is nourished with the requirements it needs.
